This program will run every Monday & Friday for 6 weeks.


This bootcamp will be unlike any other bootcamp out there,

with a body burner bootcamp class on the Mondays & a rowing/ assault bike combo class on the Fridays!

What is a rowing/assault bike combo class?

A full body one hour cardio class consisting of high intensity intervals and tabata training. Half of the class will be spent on the rower and half on the assault bike, with a break halfway through for some ab work and a strength circuit.

What is a body burner bootcamp class?

A one hour circuit style workout combining body weight movements, strength, cardio and abs circuits. Modifications can be provided and you can easily make this workout your own with this circuit style combo.
