What to Expect:

-Classes will be one hour in duration and will run twice a week for 6 weeks.

- First 4 weeks learning the movements & easing into conditioning workouts

-Last 2 weeks run though our regular group class flow

-No crazy hard workouts, no movements you need to google to understand. All basic, easy to modify, to get you on the right track!

-All fitness levels are welcome as exercises will be tailored to your abilities.

-After the 6 weeks you will have all the tools you need to succeed in your fitness journey
