Beginner classes designed specifically for women of all ages!

What to Expect:

-Classes will be one hour in duration and will run twice a week for 6 weeks.

-Classes will be at a smaller limit to maintain quality coaching.

-No crazy hard workouts, no movements you need to google to understand. All basic, easy to modify, to get you on the right track!

-All fitness levels are welcome as exercises will be tailored to your abilities.

-After the 6 weeks you will have all the tools you need to succeed in your fitness journey
