Outland Gymnastics is a fun and energetic recreational program offered through Outland Health & Fitness in Altona, Manitoba.

Our experienced, high energy coaches teach young athletes the proper techniques and fundamentals of gymnastics from tumbling to flexibility, strength and balance while providing a safe and inclusive environment.

Our progressive programming ensures the athletes are motivated, encouraged and challenged to reach their potential each and every class.

Registration is OPEN!

Sessions will run every Tuesday for 11 weeks.

Each age group will be split into different time slots.

5:15pm-6:15pm Ages 4-6

6:30pm-7:30pm Ages 7 & 8

7:45pm-8:45pm Ages 9+

*Due to small space, parents will not be allowed to stay in the facility for the duration of class.
