Kids class is BACK!!!
If you have a child in grades 5-8 who are looking for a fun way to stay active, read below.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.
Sessions will run every Thursday starting on September 16th until October 21st.
This class is for children in grades 5-8
Time slot is from 4pm-5pm

I have always loved being active, enjoying the outdoors, and playing sports. I had been searching for "that thing" to help get me back into consistent exercise when Outland literally paraded in front of me. I've been a part of the amazing Outland community since 2015. Fell in love with it during my intro class and have been an active member ever since.
My kids are involved in the programs too and I love the times my husband and I can workout together. A little friendly competition between spouses keeps life interesting. Besides taking part in classes I get to be a part of the kids programming at Outland Health and Fitness. Whether it is assisting gymnastics coaching or running a kids class, I love to see these younger humans challenge themselves and see successes. It is never too early or too late to begin healthy habits.
