If you have a child in grades 4-8 who are looking for a fun way to stay active, read below.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

Time Slot: Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:15pm

If you are registering more than 1 child under the same email address, when given the option create following children as a sub-account.
This will ensure each child is registered correctly and as an individual.
